Lapis Lazuli is a relatively rare semi-precious gemstone that has been prized since antiquity for its intense blue color that contains a hint of gold specks.  What makes this necklace unique is the use of silver ceramic spacer beads. They are natural kilned ceramic beads that are finished with Fine Silver. They are VERY durable and lend a contemporary feel to this stunning necklace.  The secure sterling silver clasp connects to a graceful extension chain that allows this necklace to be worn from 16" to 18" thus accommodating various necklines and neck sizes.
